About 2–3 minutes, one question at a time. Have ready: a separate 2–3 minute Loom of yourself walking through an ad account, plus a results or case-study link.
One dedicated media buyer, on UK hours, owning every client ad account from build to monthly report. Google Ads and AI tools are part of the job, not a bonus.
About 2–3 minutes, one question at a time. Have ready: a separate 2–3 minute Loom of yourself walking through an ad account, plus a results or case-study link.
Why this role exists
We've grown past the point where one person can run every account and still speak to every client. We need a media buyer whose whole day is our clients' accounts, nothing else.
The work
Meta lead-gen campaigns for detailers, remappers, body shops and garages, from pixel and audiences to creative tests and scaling.
CPL, lead quality in GoHighLevel, spend pacing, and the call to pause, scale or rebuild before the client notices.
Search campaigns for the clients who need them, built to our standard (SKAGs, call tracking, negatives).
Use Claude and our AI builders for ad copy, landing page prompts, reporting and automations, and tell us where the SOP could be better.
A typical week: 50+ live accounts, a daily sweep of every one, 10–15 new creative tests, 2–3 client calls, and a Friday report that a workshop owner can read in two minutes.
Every account has a ClickUp task per client, a weekly checklist and a written SOP. Updates and questions go in Slack, replies within 30 minutes. You'll work alongside a video editor who cuts the creative you brief.
